We've spent five years building AR automation. We're now building the inbox we always wanted — for every channel, with an AI that knows your customers.

For five years, Blixo was an accounts-receivable automation platform. Invoicing, dunning, payment plans, the works. We had real customers, real revenue, real ERP integrations.

We’re now something different: a Superhuman-quality unified inbox for every channel — WhatsApp, email, SMS, LinkedIn, Slack, Telegram, iMessage — with an AI chief of staff that drafts replies and surfaces customer context inside the conversation.

Why

Three things became impossible to ignore.

1. WhatsApp is the channel. For most international markets and most SMBs, WhatsApp is where business gets done. Nobody had built a Superhuman-quality experience for it.

2. CRMs are broken. Salespeople, founders, and entrepreneurs are CRM-fatigued. The CRM lives in a separate tab. Updating it is a chore. The data goes stale within a week.

3. AI changes the deal. When the AI knows your business context — invoices, deals, prior threads — drafts become actually useful instead of generic.

So we asked: what if the CRM lived inside the messages? What if the AI did the remembering? What if the inbox was as fast as Superhuman, but covered every channel?
